Ryan J. Mills | Principal

Ryan specializes in designing luxury resorts, hotels, and residences with 25 years of experience in hospitality architecture. His journey into the field of architecture is anything but conventional. After earning a Fine Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, he started his career in digital art and animation. Throughout the 1990s, he worked in digital arts, animation, and art direction for gaming and movie production companies, which ultimately led him to his true passion: architectural design. With a foundation in fine arts and hands-on experience in multiple mediums, from painting and sculpture to digital modeling and animation, Ryan views architecture as a form of art. He believes that successful architectural design is the discovery and arrangement of elements — color, texture, form, space, and composition — composed together to engage our senses and emotions.

As a Registered Architect in California, Trevor has dedicated his career to creating bespoke high-end residential and hospitality projects. His work embodies a commitment to quality, innovation, and an appreciation for the unique character of each project.
